VA caring letters not linked to fewer suicide deaths after crisis line contacts
Nine caring letters mailed over a year to 87,926 veterans who contacted the Veterans Crisis Line were not associated with lower suicide mortality at 12 months, a JAMA Psychiatry analysis of 227,502 veterans found.
